ausDoCC Inc invites you, your family and friends, other interested individuals and public or private organisations to become members of ausDoCC inc.
ausDoCC inc has three levels of membership at this time
All ausDoCC memberships are due for renewal at the 30 June each year.
Foundation Membership
Available only till 1 March 2015
Our Foundation members are those interested in helping us start the association and want the recognition of being the first members.
$100 for the first year and reverts to an adult member after the first year.
Adult Membership
For all people over 18 wishing to be part of our organisation.
$20 per annum
Professional Membership
For professionals or organisations with an interest in the work of ausDoCC.
Professional members will have limited access to family forums.
$120 per annum.
Please fill in the membership form and indicate how you would like to organise payment of the membership fee. Payment can be with Credit Card, Direct Deposit or Cheque.
We will contact you to organise payment by Credit Card.
Bank details for Direct Deposit will be sent out with the welcome email. Please use the name you registered with as reference on deposit.
Cheques can be posted to ausDoCC inc PO Box 278 Albion, Qld 4010 , please write the full name you registered with on the back of the cheque for our identification.
Once your payment has been processed, we will send you our membership pack.
