Terms and Conditions:
- ausDocc and all volunteer suppliers reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary. This information is correct at time of printing and posting.
- If you choose to book your accommodation directly with the conference venue, please ensure you advise you are part of the ausDoCC conference.
- For networking purposes, ausDoCC will produce a delegate list including name and state of attendee. This list will be distributed to delegates on the day of the event.
- In addition, your contact information may be distributed to sponsors/exhibitors whose products/service may be of interest to you.
- Delegates may be photographed at the conference. We may also use the images to promote future conferences and they may appear on the internet. We will not be using them for any other purpose.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to Tanya Smith on email at info@ausdocc.org.au
A full refund of conference registration fees will be made for any cancellations received in writing before 6 February 2015.
A 50% refund will apply on cancellations received 7 February 2015 to 6 March 2015.
There will be no refunds after 7 March 2015, although substitute delegates are welcome.

ausDocc in order to provide services to members and for this event will receive your personal details in order to register you to attend the Conference.
Some of the personal information on registration form is stored in our database so that we can send you further information regarding the conference and for future reference for ausDoCC.
Only authorised personnel can access the database.
